Alternative Wedding Breakfast: The Dirty BBQ Menu
Choose from our Texas style beef brisket smoked over hickory wood, our Memphis style pulled pork smoked over apple wood, or our shredded chicken smoked over maple wood. Our smoked meats cooked low and slow overnight can all be held, rested and served up steaming hot for your guest’s enjoyment. Pork and beef ribs and pork belly bites are quick to cook on site. We finish them with a glaze in our mobile cabinet smokers. How about steak cooked on site on our large grills over charcoal or wood. The Argentinian style picanha beef is reverse seared in our portable smoker and seared over coals. Our Brazilian style is cut into chunks and grilled over coals on long skewers.
Even our pizza oven can be manoeuvred wherever needed to provide our Neapolitan style wood fired pizzas to suit your needs. For the non-carnivorous party members, we offer a delicious range of vegetarian and vegan options that are smoked or grilled on site too.
