Our Taunton site is directly opposite the Taunton Register Office, the busiest of 126 offices and approved ceremony venues across Somerset & North Somerset. It’s perfect for wedding parties who want a ceremony in a historic building at an affordable price and follow up with a reception without having to relocate more than a 2-minute walk!
The venue is situated in a grand Victorian building, which was previously an arts college. It’s the very first in our collection so has a special place in our hearts. Located on the upper-ground floor you have the main bar and restaurant. On the lower-ground floor you have The Den, which can be hired for private dining, drinks parties, daytime meetings, wedding receptions – you name it, we can do it. At the front of the entrance in the Cider Press Garden, there is also a 40-seater seasonal terrace so you can soak up the rays in the warmer months.
