Frome Town Hall

Somerset Registration Service offer ceremonies at Frome Town Hall in a choice of two beautiful ceremony spaces. These are available on selected Saturdays through the year, currently once a month. The Emma Sheppard Room holds up to 20 people, whilst the elegant Council Chamber holds up to 95 guests. Ceremonies are held in a register-office style format, meaning that couples book an hour-long slot. However, those choosing to book the final slot of the day may also choose to have their reception there afterwards (please contact Frome Town Hall directly to book this, while the ceremony needs to be booked via Somerset Registration Service). Your ceremony can be personalised with music, readings and your own ring vows.

Old Municipal Buildings

The historic Old Municipal Buildings offer a choice of three different ceremony rooms. The first-floor Vivary Room holds parties of up to 40, including the couple and photographer. It’s available on Fridays & Saturdays. The Tudor Hall holds up to 100 guests and includes a long, red-carpeted aisle. It’s available Monday to Saturday throughout the year, excluding bank holidays. Ceremonies are held in a register-office style format, meaning that couples book an hour-long slot. The ceremonies in the Vivary and Tudor rooms can be personalised with music, readings and your own ring vows.
You may also have a simple ceremony with just 2 witnesses in The Somerset Room, available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. The Old Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 1UJ
3 ceremony rooms are available in Weston: a “2+2” ceremony in North Somerset Register Office consists of the couple plus two witnesses, held in a working office and comprises a basic, legal ceremony available during office hours on weekdays. The Old Council Chamber holds up to 60 guests and The Hutton Suite can hold up to 40 guests for full ceremonies which include readings and music. The Old Council Chamber and The Hutton Suite ceremonies are available through the week and also on Saturday mornings from 9 until 12 noon.
